For over a dozen years, you will most often meet me as an Executive & Wellbeing Coach, running development projects for leaders or their teams.
I am the author of the bestselling book “REST: 5 Life Lessons for the Busy, Overworked, and Stressed” (TOP10 EMPIK list in the category of books about stress).
As a practitioner for 20 years, I have worked for numerous academic courses at different institutions, including South Bank University in London, WSB Merito University, University of Economics in Katowice, Collegium Civitas in Warsaw, and Business Academy in Dąbrowa Gornicza.
Based on my knowledge, practice, and experience, I invite my clients to take strategic pauses where they can discover how to stop themselves from becoming exhausted, increasing their pace, being relentlessly busy, and chasing for the mere sake of chasing. When they are rested, they experience a greater sense of strength, clarity, and inner peace. They become more focused and productive.
I’m also changing myself because, like everyone, I experience difficulties and sometimes get lost, so I continue to pause to look after myself, just as I look after my clients. The quality of the breaks is based on my resources and the story I am writing all the time—to live and work well.
