Workshops

Group development sessions are a form of work where we achieve a synergy effect through the exchange of knowledge, practices, and experiences of the participants
Let’s talk

The workshops I run are a combination of knowledge pill lectures, tool training, self-talks (self-reflection), and talks with others.

They are usually enriched with case studies, trends and research, film inspiration, real-life examples, simulations/team games, diagnostic tests, or relaxation sessions. They usually end with development action plans or recommendations for the future.

This type of work is particularly recommended when there is a need to strengthen the leader or the team to deal with challenges, uncertainty, stress, and pressure more effectively. On the other hand, it is useful when the team struggles with exhaustion, demotivation, and declining productivity, and there is a need to work differently, better, and more effectively.

  • Mental resilience ‒ diagnosis and development (9-month in-company program)
  • Resilient Leader Toolbox ‒ managing conversation by conversation
  • Manager as a coach ‒ soft, specific, bold on results

Me in the media

You can find interviews with me on WPROST, Dzień dobry TVN, Chilli Zet, RMF FM, and Polish Radio.

Thanks to Agnieszka, I have learned to understand myself better, I have learned to “look from the sideline,” I have learned to distance myself, I have learned to “breathe.” I am still learning to rest wisely and to switch off my workaholism. Sebastian Wróbel
Sebastian Wróbel , Managing Partner
Agnieszka’s trainings bring a wave of positive emotions. They stay in memory for a long time. They are professional, effective, concrete, and inspiring, just like the trainer herself. As a trainer, Agnieszka has an extraordinary ability to match ‘tools’ to needs. She also has a gift for sharing examples of inspiring life experience.
Ewa Kowalik , Key Account Manager, Siemens
Agnieszka is incredibly well-educated in professional development, and meetings with her are a treasury of tips, tools, and techniques that are passed on to the participants. You leave the training with a number of solutions to your problems and a list of ways to correct your behavior that isn’t quite right for you or others.
